Love It or Hate It? Fishtail Braids

The braid trend has been holding on for quite a while, but have you noticed the different spin on braids? This look called the Fishtail Braid has been popping up all over... on the runway, on celebrities and on TV.

Moving away from the mini braids that frame your face, people are going back to old school side braid style. You may have seen Kourtney Kardashian sporting the side braid in the newest episodes of Kim & Kourtney Take New York.

Minka Kelly showed up at her Roommate premiere with a messy side fishtail braid.

Other celebrities who are sporting this messy do: Cheryl Cole, Rihanna, Kim Kardashian and more...

We love the look because it is super fresh and looks really complicated.. but rather simple, once you get used to the braiding.

Such an easy look to wear from day/ night- along with those messy hair days.

While looking for tutorials on how to create the fishtail braid... we stumbled upon Imogen from Foxy Locks Extensions' You Tube channel and became hooked...

Sure, we are all bundled up in our cardigans and wraps but in just a few weeks we will offically be in Spring and it will be time to get yourself into one of these amazing suits!

What we love: mix and match! Yes, the suits are adorable as paired but get a few pieces and wear a different suit all season long!

Love It or Hate It? Celebrity Favorite Ombre Hair

Celebrities are all over this look- the "my roots have grown out but I don't care because my tips are sunkissed". An easy, boho- glam look that was a huge trend in the Summer time and still going strong.

What is OMBRE HAIR?

Dark roots with a gradual lightening of shades towards the tips. The look is supposed to look sun kissed and honey dipped. It seems like a lot of California based celebrities have been embracing this look for a while. With that being said... does this style look better on Blondes over Brunettes?

Seems like most people like the sun kissed look on blondes, but we can't really figure out how we feel about the super dark to light look.

From a practicality stand point- this hair color is perfect for anyone who is either too busy or lazy to get their hair done on a regular basis.

So the question remains... does this hair style work on both blondes and brunettes or should the blondes take the title of best ombres?

Judging from fashion / beauty blogs the verdict is still out there.
So we ask you this...
