Taylor Swift is feeling "22" + Get Her Look!

Taylor Swift New Video + Outfit Inspiration

We might not be Taylor Swift... 23, blonde, dating numerous A-listers, singles at the top of the charts, and millions of young girls and women looking up to us, but we do love hanging out with our girl-friends, dancing, and dressing in style. Taylor Swift's new video for "22" was released yesterday and we can already see millions of girls singing along. (Yes, we're one of them)

The video consists of what we envision summer to be like, bonfires, friends, dancing, parties, memories and laughs. The video looks to be filmed in the instagram filter valencia to perfectly accompany her hipster ensembles. While other sites are over-analyzing her outfits and lyrics, we simply enjoy this guilty pleasure song as we daydream of summer days AND nights to come.

There are numerous outfits we can't wait to replicate, below is our favorite. Get your hands on the budget version of Taylor Swift's outfit from the beginning of the video. You might even have some of the items below already in your closet. Which outfit from the video is your favorite?

Justin Timberlake, suiting up for 'Legends of the Summer'

Justin Timberlake is without a doubt showing us a few things. The video, if you have not seen it, is in black and white (of course), and was directed by David Fincher (Fight Club, The Social Network). The video is a perfect fit to the song; classic-feel with a bit of dancing and Jay-Z.

There were mixed reviews about "Suit & Tie" and while I am in no where near being a music critic, I expected something different from Justin. I suppose the fact that "Sexy Back"  continues to be a favorite of mine, my expectations and long await for his comeback was too much to live up to.(Since he was obviously thinking of me in the recording studio; one could only hope). But artists must grow and therefore Justin's single is a stepping stone in a new direction. One in which I'm sure all fans are excited to see.

Regardless of my opinion or anyone else's for that matter, his concert tour with Jay-Z called "Legends of the Summer" will without a doubt, sell out. Tickets go on sale today at 10am on Ticketmaster.  And yes, along with thousands of other fan-girls, I will be trying to get a ticket.

This is more like it... "Mirrors"

How To: Create Romantic Waves with Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum and hair expert Eric Gabriel teach you how to get sultry waves. Inspired
by the classic 20's era hairstyle, it's perfect for date nights or a night out with your
girl-friends. Whatever the occasion, you'll fall in love with it!

What you'll need:

- hair curler
(medium size)

- thermal spray
(protects & sets the hair)

- hair clips
(to hold sections of hair, while working on others)

- boar bristle brush
(won't pull hair, gentle as well)

Now, once you have everything you need to get started, head over to
Heidi Klum on AOL for the tutorial. Good luck!

// SPOTTED! //

You might recognize the lovely model in the how to video. It is none other
than Morgan, who can be seen all over Moderne's social media outlets.
She was one of our models for our holiday shoot last fall (see below) and was a
pleasure to work with.

Beauty Post: Celebrity Hair Trend

While you might have already  been sporting the deep part (like myself), it had a big presence at the 2013 Golden Globes. From "Rachel Berry" Lea Michele to always stunning Megan Fox, A-listers brought their hair A-game.

Each lady had a different approach to the deep part. Most implemented the old hollywood waves, but had unique twists to their look. Jennifer Lopez, swept her part over as well as Nicole Ritchie. Messy or perfectly curled, to the right or left, this hair trend is here to stay.

Remember, this look can be worn at any time.
Retro waves are best for nights out and a bit messy and loose during the day.
Have fun and happy styling!
